The Saved tab in the client portal allows you to manage your saved searches and listings, including those recommended by your agent. This guide explains how to use this feature effectively.
In this section, you’ll find:
Searches saved by your agent for quick access.
Please Note: Your agent can include saved searches for "Closed" or sold listings. Users are not able to filter by this status, but your agent can both add this filter (status: "Closed"), AND share the search results with you using your client portal.
Subscribed searches, each saved seach may also be added as a subscription, which will notify you (via email) of new listings matching your criteria. Subscribed search results will also appear in your Newsfeed tab - saved searches are not added to the Newsfeed by default.
Click on a saved search to view matching listings.
To modify a saved search, you can click on the search to open it in the Search tab and update your filters.
The Listings section is where you can manage properties that have been saved, recommended, or hidden.
Saved – Listings you have manually saved.
Recommended – Listings your agent has suggested for you.
Hidden – Listings you’ve chosen to hide.
Hidden by Agent – Listings your agent has removed from your view.
Click on any category to view listings.
To save a listing, click the heart icon on a property.
To hide a listing, select the hide option within the property details.
If you change your mind, you can unhide a listing from the Hidden section.
Regularly check your Recommended listings for new suggestions from your agent.
Use saved searches to stay updated on properties that match your criteria.
Click the pie chart icon to view market statistics based on saved search results (see video below)
